BENSC is excited to start offering a yearly Goalie Training Academy during the winter/off season.

 

BENSC Goalie Academy is open to all players 9U - 19U.

 

Skills that will be focused on during training:

• Agility

• Diving

• Footwork

• Communication

• Distribution

• Punting

• High/Low Balls

• Strength

 

Training times will be finalized once registration ends (so the club can have a final head count for each age group).

What to bring to Goalie Academy:

All players should wear shorts/pants, tshirt, indoor soccer shoes/tennis shoes and goalie gloves.  Please bring a water bottle and soccer ball to each session.
