Welcome to the Boys & Girls 4U Division Page
In the 4U division we will work on ball handling and introduce a few rules; like no hands & out of bounds through fun play. The 4U season meets Wednesday nights from 6-7pm at the Bennington Soccer Complex.
If this is your first season in team sports your child maybe hesitant during the first couple practices. This is all new and can be over whelming for some children. They are with many kids they do not know and surrounded by numerous parents and grandparents. Much the same feeling of being on stage. During the fall season sessions will be instructed with one player & parent; much like a mommy/daddy and me class. This helps ease any anxiety and gives you ideas for games you and your child can play at home to continue working on the skills learned. During the Spring season players will be divided into groups with coaches.
All communication for this division will be sent by Rick Freed ADOC, Administrator Leah Kinworthy, or your teams head coach. Please download the Demosphere app as updates will be sent via chat and the practice schedule will also be posted on the app.

Your child may need a snack between the practice and game portion. Great snacks for refueling; oranges, grapes, apples or bananas.
